Annual Learning Garden Events

At The Learning Garden we value the relationships with children and families and to foster opportunities for staff, children and families to get to know each other and have some fun we hold various events throughout the year. 

Breakfast with Santa

Annual Summer Picnic

Each August The Learning Garden holds a Summer Picnic for all our current and former families and staff from 11 am to 1 pm at a local park. Hot dogs, water and watermelon is provided and families can bring a dish to share. There is no cost but, families can purchase raffle tickets to win a door prize and help fund the picnic.

Fall Festival

Spring Fling

Each Spring each location holds a Spring Fling event, usually from 5-7 pm. Some years the children have performed songs and other years we've have springtime activities, such as planting flowers or spring crafts. Dinner is provided.

Every fall each location holds a Fall Festival event from 5-7 with dinner, pumpkin decorating, cookie decorating, and games.

Each December Santa visits each center to have breakfast with the children and families from 7-9 am. Families have the opportunity to take photos of their children with Santa and Children can write letters or draw pictures for him.  Parents who do not celebrate Christmas or don't wish for their child to participate can simply bring their child into the classroom for regular breakfast.
